Effective Date: January 16, 2026 By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from Ortolanaa or on the ortolanaart Ko-fi (“the Product”), you agree to the following terms:

1. License & Permitted Use

1.1. Personal Use

  • The Product is licensed for your personal use. You may use it for:
    • Streaming (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, TikTok)
    • Non-commercial social media content

1.2. Commercial Use

  • Commercial use is not automatically included unless explicitly purchased.
  • To use the Product commercially (e.g., selling merchandise, paid content), you must obtain a separate commercial license from Ortolanaa.

1.3. Modifications

  • You may modify, resize, recolor, or adapt the Product for your personal use.
  • Modifying the Product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Include the Product in any free or paid digital bundle without permission.
  • Use the Product in illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

3. Ownership & Copyright

  • All digital products remain the property of Ortolanaa.
  • The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Purchasing or downloading the Product does not transfer ownership.

4. Liability & Warranty

  • The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Ortolanaa is not responsible for:
    • Loss of revenue, data, or other damages from using the Product
    • Compatibility issues with third-party software
    • Any misuse of the Product

5. Refunds & Support

  • Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final.

6. Termination

  • Violation of these Terms may result in:
