What products do you offer?

I offer a variety of items including acrylic keychains, charms, postcards, art prints, apparel and more through trusted print on demand partners such as Wooacry and Printful. I also offer digital downloads that you can access instantly after purchase.

How do print on demand orders work?

When you place an order, my print partners create the item specifically for you. This allows me to offer more designs without stocking inventory. Each item is made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Where are your products shipped from?

Products may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on the item.

- Wooacry items are typically produced and shipped from China.

- Printful items are produced in various global fulfillment centers such as the USA, Europe or Australia.
Your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains items from different partners.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times vary by product and destination.
Wooacry: Production usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping can take 3 to 15 business days depending on your location.
Printful: Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping times vary by region and can take 3 to 14 business days.
These are estimates and may vary based on customs or seasonal delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available for most products. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and the print partner fulfilling your order.

Why did I receive multiple packages?

If your order includes products from both Wooacry and Printful, they may ship separately because they come from different fulfillment centers.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because print on demand items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. I will arrange a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled while they are still in the processing stage. Once the item has gone into production or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Will colors look exactly like the preview?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences between screen displays and printing materials. I do my best to provide accurate previews.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes. Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. You will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and in your email.

Can I get a refund on digital downloads?

Digital files are non refundable once purchased because they cannot be returned. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact me and I will help.

Can I use your digital downloads for commercial purposes?

Digital downloads are for personal use unless stated otherwise. If you need commercial licensing, please contact me.

What should I do if my package is delayed or stuck in transit?

Please reach out with your order number and tracking information. I will contact the print partner on your behalf and help resolve the issue.
