Last updated: January 2026 Thank you for shopping at ortolanaa.store. Each item is made to order through our production partners, primarily Printful and Wooacry. Because of this, our returns and refunds policy follows print-on-demand standards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Made-to-Order Items

All physical products sold on ortolanaa.store are made especially for you once an order is placed. This means:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference
  • We cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the item is custom-produced specifically for you.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We do offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Significantly different from what you ordered

If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

Email us at ortolanaa.store@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, following Printful and Wooacry’s resolution policies.


Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please first check with your local post office or delivery service
  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will assist you in filing a claim with our fulfillment partner. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on carrier confirmation.


Wrong Address Provided

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages
  • If the item is returned to the fulfillment facility, reshipping costs may apply

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


Returns

Because items are made to order:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • We do not accept returns for sizing issues

If a return is approved, you will receive instructions before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us first.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defects or errors

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads and digital files) are:

  • Final sale
  • Non-refundable
