Everyone tries to avoid eye contact with them. The customers, the employees… the cats. All avoid their gaze because it always seems like they’re staring right into your soul. Souls are important. Nobody wants theirs taken away.
So when they stare into a corner of the cafe unblinkingly, we all pretend to not see.
(Really they’re just observing everyone’s skeletal makeup. They have none and are very jealous of the creatures of this world. She’s also able to see the piles of bones at the bottom of the lake where they landed all those nights ago. They wonder how they can take some bones back to her home planet to show off to their friends).

I wanted to depict the little world of my PNGtuber character with these little paintings. Orto is a witchy cafe owner that welcomes humans and creatures alike. She has a little garden behind her cafe where you can sip your tea in the shade of a tree or enjoy playing with all the cats, spirits and creatures of the land.
